December 4 changes
the import equation.
The announced Section 232 program establishes a $0.38/W minimum import-price benchmark for covered solar modules, plus a separate 15% duty subject to exceptions. These measures apply to covered entries for consumption from December 4, 2026.
Green Raven confirms this 590W lot has already cleared customs. It is existing California inventory, offered at $0.18/W and ready to ship.
